Community Impact
Smyrna Education Foundation (SEF) would like to thank our 2022-2023 sponsors!
Your generous donations allowed SEF to award many grants throughout the school year which include:
- 6 mini grants ($500 each) to Smyrna schools for Health & Wellness needs.
- 11 Principal Grants ($900 each) for school administration to address academic enhancement, improvement, and remediation.
- And last, but not least, the Smyrna Scholars Essay Contest.
- 6 Smyrna students received between $125 and $500 for their writing skills. A total of $2,500 was given to the winning students!
- This school year marked the 13th year for SEF. The donations received allow SEF to service 13 schools in Smyrna.
- A total of $15,800 was dispersed through the 2022-2023 grant program.
